Outdoor Cooling
Outdoor Cooling
Does it sometimes seem like the weather controls your daily life? Does it dictate when you can or can't use a barbeque or a party on the patio? Help you stay indoors for weeks on recirculated air and limited sunlight? Does that seem healthy? You might consider looking at outdoor cooling technology.
Outdoor Cooling Rentals - A good investment in misting systems technology can definitely change your lifestyle for your better. In fact, many people who have misting systems say they don't know how they ever got along with out them. Of course there is a downside...now the whole neighborhood really wants to come over to your place for the parties!
Gotta have the high pressure misting system!
We have all seen those cheap patio misters sold at the big box stores. They connect to your garden hose and basically work as mini-sprinklers. They get everyone and everything slightly wet, and provide some outdoor cooling. But its not the air which is cooler, it is the people (who might enjoy getting soaked on your own patio!) And in fact, the cool feeling they experience is only equivalent to about 10-15 degrees. And so the food is wet, individuals are tracking dirty water to the house, and they are not much cooler? That is where questionable misting systems make a huge improvement... - Outdoor Cooling Units
The basic science behind misting systems is quite simple. If you spray an excellent enough mist into the air, each water droplet will completely evaporate before it hits the patio. The entire process of evaporation actually "uses" heat from your air, so the result's some cooling with the air with each droplet that evaporates. Once you throw hundreds of millions of droplets to the surrounding space, it is possible to see how big-time outdoor cooling can result. With higher pressure misting systems, your parking space can be 35 degrees cooler automatically, with guests, food, and patios staying dry down below!
But how much do these items cost?
There is no question that there's a big price difference between the cheap mini-sprinklers and the nice higher pressure misting systems. Count on paying at least $1000 for a system that's of decent quality and which will last for years. You will find some cheaper Chinese made products available for half the price, but they can run really hot and can burn up in one summer of normal use. And you will definitely spend more for a system, but it often is worth it. They are rated because when many hours of continuous use they can handle, and how much noise they produce. Entry level misting systems can run 4-6 hours and are about as loud like a dishwasher. Higher rated outdoor cooling systems can move up to 24 hours a day, using the noise level of a refrigerator. (Bear in mind, you can normally squeeze pump around the corner without having to worry about the noise.) You can upgrade the misting lines to stainless for a more elegant look as well as for a more permanent sediment filters line that will nearly last forever. Higher level systems cost more like $2000, but you will get what you buy to a large extent.
And so the bottom line is this...an investment in misting technology you can get outdoors more, expand entertainment options, and your guests comfortable and safe...even in the hottest places around the hottest days. Explore it! - Outdoor Cooling
